Emily Fraser Voigt
Confidence came easily to me in some periods of my career and less so in others. I was at my best when I was in alignment with my personal core values and able to make a tangible impact. When these values were not met, I felt disconnected from myself and my confidence suffered. Connecting and aligning with our values is a big piece of the puzzle when it comes to feeling at our best.

My journey into coaching started 5 years ago. I went back to school and studied for an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership, and then I delved deeper and became a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Career Coach, and a Certified Executive Coach. I immersed myself in theories of leadership, positive psychology, brain science, and personal development and I have built a deep repertoire of evidence-based coaching tools while building my coaching practice.

Continuous learning is important to me and I follow the rigorous high standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). And because I believe in the power of coaching, I regularly work with my own coach to continue to fast track my personal and business growth.

We can only go so far on our own – coaching challenges us to expand our thinking, to see into our own blind spots, to examine our assumptions and to discover new insights that were hidden in plain sight.

I believe everyone should have a coach. I would love to be yours.
